Why this role matters:
As Chief Growth & Operations Officer, you will drive growth and operational excellence across our Sales function. Your core responsibilities include:
- Project Implementation – Develop, prioritize, and execute growth projects across all three streams (B2School, B2Parents, B2Partner).
 - Project Management – Ensure the timely delivery of all projects relevant to OKRs, acting as the “Tätschmeister” (driving force).
 - Performance Tracking & Optimization – Continuously monitor KPIs across all streams, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements immediately.
 - Team Alignment – Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product stakeholders to ensure a seamless growth pipeline.
 - Market Feedback – Systematically gather market and customer insights and channel them back to the Product team to boost growth.
 - Process & Efficiency Improvement – Continuously optimize internal workflows to maximize project speed and impact.
 
In addition to overseeing your own business area, you will also hold monitoring responsibility for all company-wide projects, including:
- Convening, setting agendas, and leading bi-weekly project leader meetings.
 - Developing corrective measures with project leaders and management in case of project delays, including personnel measures where necessary; recommending project termination if recovery looks unfeasible.
 - Measuring project progress (input-based: who delivers what, by when) and reporting updates at every management meeting.
 - Aligning with the CFO on measuring quantitative project impact and initiating corrective measures if results fall short.
 
What you bring:
- Proven ownership of sales and revenue operations
 - Experience across B2C and/or B2B growth funnels
 - Focus on outcomes and scalable systems
 - Strategic clarity + operational hustle
 - You see what’s missing, and you build it fast
 - Bonus: Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or education; strong Swiss network; international GTM know-how
