Your Role:

As an All-Rounder Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our marketing strategies across various channels with a focus on Social Media, CRM and support for Performance Marketing.

Your mission will be to develop and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives that drive engagement and acquisition.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Manage all our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Linkedin), including content creation with our creative team, scheduling, and monitoring.
CRM Strategy: Plan, implement and evaluate our email campaigns and devise other CRM strategies to further develop our customer loyalty activities.
Marketing Initiatives: Conceptualize and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives to support brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
Support in Performance Marketing working together with our country related experts.

Requirements

Requirements:

Experience: preferably 5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on social media management,CRM and ideally in performance marketing
Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, CRM systems (e.g., MailChimp, HubSpot) and performance marketing tools/platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads),
Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with the startup environment and the education sector is a plus..
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, derive insights, and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.
Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute innovative marketing campaigns.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
